Here’s How I’d Take Down Your Business

…I remember the great Randy Gage mentioning the topic of taking down his own business on a podcast episode of his.

He says that he does it regularly to keep on his toes and find the potential flaws in his business.

And that’s something you need to keep in mind.

Everything might be coming up roses, but there’s probably something that’s going to bite you in the butt.

Take, for example, the mass running of offline businesses to going online.  – Why would they need an online presence?

Then Covid kicked the door down.

Or what about those affiliates that are in a panic about Google’s next update? – Most were sitting on their butts counting their money, assuming it was always going to be that way.

Or what about the authors that always assumed that they’d have a niche to themselves? And in comes a piece of software that shows the world and its granny where the money is.

There are flaws in every business.

There are ways the wheels can come off the cart at any moment.

If you’re not closing those flaws and getting ready for those maybe moments, you’re on very thin ice.

….how would I take your business down?

Price reduction?

First to the floor always wins, right?

Nope. – That’s a sure way to put yourself out of business.

So how would I do it?

I’d get your customers to know me, like me, and trust me.

That’s it.

Once they know me, like me, and trust me you’re not even on their radar anymore. – Even with your ridiculous low prices.

That’s why I’m always here in your inbox.

PS – Anyone who picks up a copy this weekend, will also get three weeks of coaching from me on how to write their first ten emails.

I’ve never done this before, or may never again.
